Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add carrots, oil and eggs; beat until well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Pour batter into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or one 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove cakes from the oven and allow to cool. When completely cool, top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
