Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. water, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. crisco oil and 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine cake mix, water, eggs, oil, nuts, pineapple, cinnamon and carrots in large bowl.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool in pan.
