Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat in carrots and orange juice.
Stir in flour mixture with spoon.
Stir in orange rind, raisins and walnuts. Spread batter in 2 (8-inch) round cake pans, greased and lined with wax paper.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
