Carrot Cake

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla together well.
Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, baking soda, salt, carrots and raisins together.
Add sugar mixture to flour mixture.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350Β° until lightly brown, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Cover with a cream cheese icing and crushed pecans.
