Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together flour, baking soda, spices and salt.
Set aside. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, mayonnaise and pineapple; gradually beat in dry ingredients until well mixed. Stir in with a spoon carrots and walnuts.
Turn into 2 greased 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
