Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 (4 1/4 oz.) jars strained carrots (baby food), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a 9-inch square pan with whip, mix well the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add carrots, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Mix until blended.
Stir in pineapple, coconut and walnuts.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Double recipe for large cake pan.
