Carrot Cake

Mix oil and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Stir into sugar, oil, egg mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat well. Bake in a round 2 1/2 x 10-inch tube pan or 4 x 12-inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350Β°.
