In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Then add eggs. Mix and add flour.
Mix, then add carrots and nuts, then mix again.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Cool in pan; glaze with orange icing.
