Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
First roll nuts in a little of the flour, then sift rest of flour and other dry ingredients.
Beat eggs slightly and add to oil, then add all other ingredients.
Gradually add sifted ingredients to egg-oil mixture, stirring well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour in tube pan.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
