Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs (mix well).
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Turn into 8-inch layer pans (greased and floured).
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool in pan, then turn out and cool on wire racks.
Spread layer top and sides with Cream Cheese Frosting.
