Carrot Bread
Carrot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bisquick reduced fat baking mix, 1 1/2 c. shredded carrots, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top crust is deep golden brown.
Cool 15 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 1 loaf (16 slices).
