Carrot-Banana Bread
Carrot-Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 slices whole wheat bread, torn into small pieces, 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder, 1/4 c. plain unflavored yogurt and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat eggs until fluffy, then add bread and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, except carrots and banana.
Mix together on low speed for 1 minute.
Fold in carrots and banana.
Pour mixture into a 7 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350Β° for about 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 2.
