Carrot Applesauce Cake
Carrot Applesauce Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 3 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl beat in oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add applesauce and carrots.
Mix well.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just to moisten.

Pour batter in greased
Sprinkle rest of the nuts. Bake at 350Β° in pan for 65 minutes or in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 45 minutes or makes about 35 cupcakes (bake for 20 to 25 minutes).
