Carol's Cranberry Tea
Carol'S Cranberry Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh cranberries, 2 qt. water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. water and 2 cinnamon sticks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash cranberries.
Cook in 2 quarts water until berries pop; let stand for 5 minutes.
Strain cranberries and discard cranberry skins.
Add sugar, 2 cups water and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Add orange juice and lemon juice. Stir.
Serve immediately.
Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
