Carnival Cookies
Carnival Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. lightly crushed raisin bran, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream shortening with both sugars.
Add eggs, one at a time, and blend well.
Stir in Raisin Bran and oatmeal.
Stir in flour, baking powder and baking soda into creamed mixture.
Add vanilla. Roll into small balls.
Place on greased baking sheet and press with fork to flatten.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
