Caribbean Freeze is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. hershey's cocoa, 1 3/4 c. water, 3 tbsp. frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and 2 tsp. golden rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa; stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil; simmer 3 minutes.
Cool to room temperature; stir in concentrate and rum.
Chill.
Pour chilled mixture into 1-quart container.
Freeze.
