Caramel Peanut Butter Cake
Caramel Peanut Butter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar and 2 c. sifted cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend margarine and peanut butter.
Stir in brown sugar.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and granulated sugar into mixture.
Add 3/4 cup milk and vanilla extract.
Mix until flour is dampened.
Then beat two minutes on electric mixer or 300 strokes by hand.
Add eggs and remaining milk.
Mix, then beat one minute longer or 150 strokes by hand. Bake in moderate oven (375Β°) for 25 to 30 minutes before removing.
