Caramel-Nut Corn
Caramel-Nut Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 c. popped corn (1/2 c. raw), 3 c. nuts, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter and 1/4 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Divide popcorn and nuts between 2 ungreased pans (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in baking soda until foamy.
Pour over popcorn and nuts; stir until well coated.
Bake, uncovered, in a 200Β° oven for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
