Caramel Icing
Caramel Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. half and half, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugars and half and half; cook over medium heat at a rolling boil, stirring constantly for 6 to 7 minutes.
Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla.

If too thick, add a few drops of milk.
