Caramel Frosting
Caramel Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt brown sugar, margarine or butter and milk to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool until slightly thick. Stir occasionally, about 10 minutes.
Gradually stir in powdered sugar with spoon.
If needed, stir in 2 or 3 teaspoons of water.
