Caramel Corn (Baked)
Caramel Corn (Baked) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter.
Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soda and vanilla.
Pour over popped corn, mixing well. Turn into 2 large shallow baking pans or cookie sheets.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir, let cool. Stir again so it doesn't stick in big chunks.
