Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 qt. popped corn, 2 sticks butter or margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. lite karo syrup and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large saucepan, bring butter, brown sugar and Karo syrup to a low boil.
Add baking soda, salt and vanilla.
Continue on low boil for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour this over popcorn and stir in.
(A large roasting pan works well for mixing this.)
