Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popped corn, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 200°.
Put popcorn in ungreased large pan.
Mix together butter, corn syrup and sugar.
Heat until bubbly.
Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in soda.
(Mixture will become foamy.)
Pour over corn and stir.
Bake in 200° oven 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
