Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 gal. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks butter, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, butter and buttered pecan syrup; boil.
Add soda and vanilla; stir and pour over corn and almonds.
(Almonds are optional.)
Cook one hour at 200Β°.
