Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped popcorn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put popped corn in large plastic or glass bowl.
Stir together the sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
Cook at medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Cook without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and baking soda.
Pour over popcorn; stir to coat well.
Bake at 250Β° for 20 minutes. (Stir soon after putting in the oven.)
Break apart when cool. Enjoy!
