Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. white corn syrup (karo), 1/2 c. oleo and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Using medium heat, boil the ingredients for 5 minutes, then add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir.
Place corn in a large flat pan.
Pour the cooked mixture over corn and bake 1 hour at 200Β°. Stir every 15 minutes (very good).
