Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped corn, 1/2 lb. oleo, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. dark syrup and 1 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil oleo, brown sugar, dark syrup and cream of tartar together for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Mix well and pour over popped corn and put in oven for 1 hour at 250Β°.
