Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. or more raw shelled peanuts and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil together 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Add baking soda and vanilla.
Pour syrup mixture over 2 gallons popped corn with unpopped kernels removed.
Put in 250Β° oven in a large roasting pan for 1 hour.
Stir popcorn and syrup every 15 minutes.
This will keep in covered container for weeks.
