Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped corn, 2 c. light brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking soda and 2 sticks butter/margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Out seeds and set aside.
Put butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt into saucepan until butter melts. Bring boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly on medium heat.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda; stir
Mixture will foam in pan, so use large enough pan. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts in large roasting pan; mix well.
At 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every minutes. Remove on wax paper and store in a tin.
