Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. karo syrup (white), 1 c. margarine, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugar, syrup, margarine, salt and cream of tartar. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Stir into popcorn until hard, 2 minutes.
Stir in roaster.
Spread on two greased cookie sheets.
Bake 1 hour at 200Β°.
