Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 c. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 2 pkg. (stick) oleo and 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, oleo and cream of tartar. Dissolve over low heat, then boil 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Stir well and pour over corn.
Mix well.
Bake at 250Β° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Pour onto countertop or cookie sheet.
Let cool.
Store in airtight container.
