Cream the butter and Crisco until very light.
Add brown sugar and cream well.
Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Beat in eggs one at a time; beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Being and end with dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325Β°.
