Caramel Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 apples, diced, 9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour, sugar, juice, egg and vinegar.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Refrigerate until cold.
Fold in Cool Whip and the cooled dressing together.
Add fruits and nuts.
