Cantaloupe Pudding
Cantaloupe Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, flour and salt in top of double boiler; stir in milk.
Cook over boiling water, stirring until thickened.
Cook 15 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; add vanilla.
Line bowl with wafers; top with sliced cantaloupe.
Pour some custard over cantaloupe; continue layers, ending with wafers. Serve warm or chilled.
