Cantaloupe Pie
Cantaloupe Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg yolks, 6 tbsp. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. cooked cantaloupe and 2 1/2 c. canned milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dice cantaloupe; cook in small amount of water until tender. Drain and measure.
Combine remaining ingredients in double boiler; add cantaloupe and cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shells and top with meringue.
Brown in hot oven.
