Cantaloupe Frost
Cantaloupe Frost is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed cantaloupe or honeydew melon (1/2 medium melon), 2 c. cold milk, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1 pt. orange sherbet and orange peel curls (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Freeze melon cubes until firm.
In a blender container, combine the frozen melon cubes, milk and ginger.
Cover; blend until slushy.
With blender running, add sherbet, a spoonful at a time, through hole in lid, blending until thoroughly combined.
Stop machine to scrape down sides as necessary.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
Garnish with orange peel curls, if desired. Makes 6 (8-ounce) servings.
