Canned Sweet Potatoes
Canned Sweet Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 10) can sweet potatoes, 1/2 lb. brown sugar, 1/4 lb. margarine and cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat juice from potatoes, brown sugar, salt and margarine. Mix cornstarch with cold water until dissolved (not too thin). Thicken juice mixture with cornstarch.
Put potatoes in a casserole dish.
Pour thickened mixture over the potatoes.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes 15 servings.
For smaller amount, cut recipe in half.
