Camper's Cornbread
Camper'S Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 small bell peppers, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. beef bouillon powder and 1 small can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put 2 tablespoons margarine in two aluminum pie tins and place in preheated 450Β° oven to melt.
Put milk in mixing bowl. Add meal gradually until desired consistency is reached (not too thick, not too thin).
Add first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add melted margarine. Spray tins with Pam and fill with batter.
Bake about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12.
