Calaloo
Calaloo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 pkg. spinach or kale, 4 slices bacon, fried and cut up, 1/2 pkg. codfish, 2 tomatoes, cubed and 3 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil codfish twice.
Pick apart with hand.
Put spinach in frying pan with oil, then add bacon, tomatoes and onion.
Saute. When onion is cooked, add codfish and cook for 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
