Grease and flour 3 round layer pans (8 x1 1/2-inch).
Blend dry cake mix, oil, butter, eggs and oranges with syrup in large bowl on low speed for 1/2 minute.
Blend on medium speed for 3 minutes. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
