Cajun Shrimp Creole
Cajun Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 3 stalks celery, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, minced and 1 large onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large, deep fry over medium heat, melt butter and oil.
Celery, garlic, onion and bell pepper.
Saute 4 minutes, until vegetables begin to soften.
Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Add basil, pepper, cayenne pepper and salt.
Over medium-high heat, simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp.
Simmer to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and cooked thoroughly.
Serve over white or brown rice.
