Cajun Seafood Bisque
Cajun Seafood Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 to 2 cartons heavy cream, 1/4 c. sherry (optional) and 1 lb. seafood mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add all ingredients and dilute with milk to desired consistency.
I like to use an imitation seafood mix (crab and lobster chunks, fresh shrimp, clams).
Heat over a medium heat until hot.
