Café Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 33 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. strong coffee and 1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 small cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt in double boiler the marshmallows.
Add coffee.
Mix and cool, stirring occasionally. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Place into 6 small glasses. Cool in refrigerator about 3 hours.
