Cabbage Spaghetti
Cabbage Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, 2 large onions, 3 tbsp. oil, 2 tbsp. dried parsley and 1/2 head cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown hamburg, not fried, and 1 onion, chopped.
Cook spaghetti.
Cut cabbage longways as thin as possible to resemble spaghetti.
Put chopped second onion in pan; don't fry.
Lay sliced cabbage on top.
Lower heat; add parsley.
Stir to coat with oil. When cabbage is tender, add cooked drained spaghetti.
Stir to coat.
Let cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir often over low heat. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
