Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, 1 c. rice and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Strip large outer leaves from cabbage head.
Parboil leaves for 5 to 7 minutes in salted water.
Mix all other ingredients together.
On each cabbage leaf, place meat mixture the size of a walnut.
Roll and tuck ends.
Place toothpick to secure.
Place in Dutch oven in tomato juice and cook about 45 minutes on medium heat.
