Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In butter.
Add ground beef and brown and season.
Cut cabbage into squares. Add to beef mixture.
Cover and cook slowly until the cabbage becomes translucent (about 10 minutes).
Add cheese, sour cream and wine.
Mix thoroughly.
Put in quart greased casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
