Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 2 sticks margarine, 3 c. milk, 1/3 c. flour and 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop cabbage; steam until tender and drain.
Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish crush 20 crackers and toss with cabbage.
Cube cheese and toss over cabbage.
In saucepan melt 1 stick margarine and stir in flour.
Add milk and cook until thick.
Season with salt, pour over cabbage mixture.
Prepare topping by melting 1 stick margarine, remaining crackers, crushed, and mix together. Spread over cabbage.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour until golden brown and bubbly.
Makes 12-15 servings.
