Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. coarsely chopped cabbage, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, salt and pepper and 3 tbsp. uncooked regular rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a buttered 2-quart casserole, put the 3 cups chopped cabbage.
Brown meat and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
Add rice, tomato soup and water to mixture.
Simmer 10 minutes, then pour over cabbage.
Don't stir.
Bake, covered, at 325Β° for 2 hours.
