Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. rice, 1 small cabbage, 1/4 to 1/3 c. vinegar (optional), 1 medium onion, chopped and 2 tbsp. chopped green peppers (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil rice in salt water until tender.
Remove desired amount of leaves from cabbage and chop.
Place leaves in pot with enough boiling salt water to cover and add vinegar; let simmer.
Boil 5 minutes until done.
