Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 chopped vidalia onion, 2 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut medium head cabbage in Pyrex dish.
Put onion on top. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over cabbage and onion.
Mix mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup (or mushroom) and egg together. Pour over cabbage.
Sprinkle cheese over soup.
Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter on crackers.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve with cornbread, maybe some beans.
